Upgrade spark plug spring inserts??

Are these worth the $5 they are asking or are they crap?

If these are simply cheap eBay versions, I am also open to suggestions for good ones if they are worth it for my SS/SC.

Even for $5.50 I don't think I would spend the money. This is going to make 0 difference and it isn't even something you are going to see so no beauty factor either.
