I blew a fuse in my set-up once.. the wide band jumped a full point leaner.. there was no question that something was up... ;-)

 

yea you would almost need a wideband or an interceptor to monitor whether your afr or IAT2s are getting messed up.

 

well either way, once i get it im rigging up a fluid level indicator to flip on a light once it gets low. this way i have something glowing at me while driving saying, hey *******, dont **** up your motor and refill me.

if i was to get meth i can install it with out being tuned for it and use it like that until i get tuned for it? or will it affect anything?

depends on the mixture. low meth percentages with a small nozzle work alright. im untuned, running 20% meth, just enough to reduce knock, mainly running it for cooling. most recomend running straight water if your untuned.

another option i have heard of some people doing is running meth with a stage 3 pcm. iirc, its was being used on 100 octane mode and the nitrous controll was turning the meth on. unsure how well it worked though.
