Well i have been givin a really really good deal on an vibrant muffler(150 with install,including welding)...Brand New still in Box

just the rear section tho...i was thinkin about changing the stock muffler on the 2.0L ss/Sc and leave the stock cats and res and stock piping, just replace the back piece where it turns from 2.5"-2.25" and change that to a 2.5"....does anyone knw how this will sound and how it would look like...


and YES i have used the magical button thats up there

 

why would you weld on a muffler...? at least get a catback. you will see zero gains from that mufler..

P.S. welded on muffler = rice/ fart can

 

you should get one custome made. I paid $140 for my magnaflow Muffler and $180 for the pipe and install

 

the original piping is 2.5" anyways,so why would i pay more to get the same pipe put on..and if i do that,ill have to get rid of the resanators and have just pipe and it will sound like crap than for sure
