Any fitment issues with this setup on the SS/SC? I have a Corsa Touring and I'm considering this set-up. I don't want something that is going to not fit properly or is so loud that I get pulled over driving normal (under 3500 RPM)

Those that have this did it come with the gasket or does one need to try and re-use the old one? Also does it come with new flange bolts/nuts or no?

 

I just put mine on last weekend fit was great reused metal port gasket and nuts no leaks. Bolted up directly to my GMPP sport cat back. The only challenge I had was getting extra length on the back O2 harness. Sounds great nice low tone a lot louder than the GMMP exhaust manifold.

 

It does get loud when you start boosting

 

I love mine >> But like stated above it does get louder under boost.

 

Is it loud enough to make you feel like it's illegal? Does it cause drone inside the car?

 

I dont feel like its loud enough to be illegal. The install was pretty straight forward but like said above the rear 02 sensor just reaches so you have to play with it for a bit.

With my Corsa not being as loud as your exhaust it sounds like I could live with the vibrant header and downpipe.

What are my options if I screw up the gasket taking out the stock mani?
