vibration

while driving 1st 2nd and 3rd gear are fine but when im in 4th or 5th im getting alot of vibration i cant tell if its my exhaust doing it cause its wet out or what? any ideas?

is it anytime you're in 4th or 5th? when does it happen. Low rpms, high gear? all the time, regardless of rpms? does it start/stop at any point?

only it 4th and 5th and im using driving below or around 3000 rpm.
