Thanks to 06black I looked and found this http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...-P328C130.aspx
The only question to ask now is "what have I been waiting for?"

i had seen that one before, but i thought the cranks they were making for you would be lighter, and capable of turning more rpm.

I will be calling tomorrow and get more specifics on this crankshaft.
I also sent the picture to the shop "doing" my crankshaft to show him what is readily available. If you look at that crank, compared to the one in my avatar, they look very similar.

yes similar, but the one in your avatar is very knife edged. i'd love to know how light that billet crank is. a little out of my price range for now though. i need a bigger budget!

If we had to go this route, this crank would be knife edged as well.
We all need a bigger budget and I am not exception to that.

more again....

and yea, you could "knife edge" the crank if need be. at least you'd have a crank in your hands!

if the phase5 car doesn't need the beveled edges then i dont think you would.

Okay, it is official. The custom crankshaft is not being shipped and it likely doesn't even exist. The big question is whether or not I even get my refund and stock crank back.
This really throws a big monkey wrench into the works, so right now we are looking into another option.
Perhaps the fastest way to proceed is to by the GM race block and all the components needed. This is being researched as we speak.
If that is the route then we will still build the LSJ and sell it as a "wild crate engine" from JBP. The stock crank will be more than enough for 98% of the people doing a build.
More news as I get it.
