The answer to that is a resounding, NO!
I don't know what this will mean now as I have told the shop it is time to return my stock crank and my money. It looks like I need to go with another shop for the crank and that could mean another 6 months of waiting. Stay tuned and merry Christmas to me

I also sent the picture to the shop "doing" my crankshaft to show him what is readily available. If you look at that crank, compared to the one in my avatar, they look very similar.

and yea, you could "knife edge" the crank if need be. at least you'd have a crank in your hands!
if the phase5 car doesn't need the beveled edges then i dont think you would.

Okay, it is official. The custom crankshaft is not being shipped and it likely doesn't even exist. The big question is whether or not I even get my refund and stock crank back.
This really throws a big monkey wrench into the works, so right now we are looking into another option.
Perhaps the fastest way to proceed is to by the GM race block and all the components needed. This is being researched as we speak.
If that is the route then we will still build the LSJ and sell it as a "wild crate engine" from JBP. The stock crank will be more than enough for 98% of the people doing a build.
