Now go see them.

They are going on tour.

It is in their set list.

I am seeing them again this summer...

This car should be absolutely nuts...I wanna run it against my bike and get totally destroyed

You will need to come to the unvieling meet in Toronto. Part of the festivities will be the car builder (Distinct Images Custom Car Builders) taking it to the race track. While I am not ready or allowed to run the car fullout, the builder is a NHRA licensed driver.

i had crappy plastic buckets in my 65 that was a street car. it all depends on what you have the ***** to drive every day. if you wanna deal with a 4000rpm converter and a milk crate seat to save weight then its ok. you paid for it. that is a shitload of work done to that. we have most of our 65 nova done. just gotta send it off to the body shop. then we get it back to finally put the motor in the thing.

My wife's son in law has a '65 Nova that he is restoring. I really like those cars.

Mid 8's are the expectation. Anything lower is icing on top.

Are you worried about defecting if you get up there? Maybe you can hook up with a woman with a sexy Canadian accent.

The only problem with a bike doing 8 seconds, beside full underwear, is the lack of a rollcage. I am crazy but even I am not that crazy.

Congrats on the 100 pages of amazingness, when I get better pics of the Cav at the SCCA UNA event, I'll post them.. We lost 3rd gear halfway through the time trials, and that was obviously the most popular gear.. Oh well, rebuild the trans and take it down to the track with a 200shot and say good bye to her a quarter mile at a time.

I like the way you think. I look forward to more pictures.

If you mean the stock supercharger, it is already long gone.

Not really.
My wife and I both have kids from our previous marriages. Her kids were grown when I met them so I consider them "her" kids. I had no part in raising them, therefore I refer to them as "my wifes" including their spouses.

I've wanted a balt ever since the came out, I finally got one in Feb. Now there is a RWD balt and I want one soooooooo bad!! It will be many many years before that happens. You should go on tour with it and come down to Florida so we can bow to you and witness the amazingness first hand!!

My wife has let me build this car but I doubt she will let me take 6 months off work to haul it around the continent.

I just asked her. She said as long as I had all bills paid in advance and all traveling expenses were covered ahead of time, then I can do a 6 month tour.
I guess it is time to take up donations for the "victory_red_SS North American tour" as this project is using all my disposable income.

6 months worth, plus gas, plus expenses all the while not working for 6 months
Even I haven't got that kind of money, well not anymore.
