The pro fwd cars extended their whole front ends, which we don't need to do because we moved the engine back, not forward.

the first car is a pro-outlaw FWD car.
the phase 5 car is much more "stock location" then ya'll may think, its literally a matter of a just a few inches.

I didn't find Gardella's specs but here is another Pro FWD Cobalt racer:
Driver Bryan Jimenez
Vehicle 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt
Where Seen NHRA Sport Compact Pro FWD
Career Bests ET - 8.07 sec
MPH - 181.34
Turbo GT4508R
and that is actually the same size as my large turbo.

Yes.
JBP tried every option and position of the turbos to make it all fit under the hood. That won't work without removing or raising the hood.
I choose a functioning ram air style design to both feed the turbos and vent the engine bay.

I could be wrong again as I thought they were using GT-42's.

hey rod just wanted to post an update as to whats going on....
DTP has finished welding up all of the charge pipping and finished running the oil lines and mounted the oil pump.... They fabricated up the mounting brakets for the intercooler..... Whats left....
Wiring up the wiring harness... Mounting the Intercooler... installing the waste gate and dump pipe that is simulating the dual exhaust.... Installing the blow off valve.... installing the PCV system.....
Should be done thrusday night and ready for a friday pickup....
Going in on thursday to take some vid's of idle/semi spooling sounds and take some progression pictures

Loving the progress and the pics. JBP would be stupid if they dont release a turbo kit after all the R&D they are doing for you. That header looks rediculous and the turbo looks even more massive. I cant wait i dont know how you can.

Actually the pictures really help me with the waiting. The more frequent the pictures happen, the easier it gets.
