wanderin about the kits
Well im interested in buying the SS but im also looking at the srt-4 and i was wandering if I get the SS im definetley gettin the stage kits with it. But my question is will the SS be faster than a stock srt-4 with the kits and are the numbers that GM is saying are they actual HP to the wheels?

See if you buy the Dodge you're stuck with .... well .... a Dodge. Even though its faster in a straight line, a SS SC will beat it around a track.
Yes the Cobalt is getting stage kits. When? Who the hell knows. But there's already companies that offer almost exactly what you're going to get from GM.

This may not be a huge help but GM has announced that the stage kits are coming out "early 2006". Now my brother heard a rumor on the price and he said that stage 1+2 (otherwards all the mods) is going to be like $700. I don't know about you but thats a DAMN GOOD PRICE! Keep in mind that this is still speculation but I would be surprised if they don't come out within next month. I've already seen a staged Red Line with manunfacturer plates in Michigan when I was up there a few months ago and the guy said "this car has everything you guys have been waiting for."
