i got a devil's own kit pretty much given to me. a friend had it in his car, long story short the car was written off from an accident and he had to grab what he could in a hurrey. now i got the important parts of the stage 1 kit, the pump, pressure switch, nozzle, check valve and some fittings. basicly all im missing is the hose itself, he wasnt able to pull it out of the car.basicly, i need the hose.

so does anyone know the exact type of hose used in the alcohol injection kits??? i can get a lot of that type of line locally, and it doesnt make sence for me to order it from devil' own as by the time i have it shipped to me in canada itll cost me $30 for 10' of hose.

You can go to a truck (semi) store and buy air brake line, its called synflex..... and works great. CHEAP too. cant remember the size.

 

yea i have a tool store that also does air bag stuff (built a friends air ride setup from there, even tho most stuff they have is targeted as truck overload bags) that i can get the line and all the fittings i want. my biggest issue is it being compatable with methanol.

yes it does. i just called my friend and thats what we used in doing his air-ride.

 

Synflex is compatible w/ methanol, just think, how many truckers put meth into there air brake system just to prevent freeze up during the winter. We have installed dozens of kits and use synflex.
