It's the A'PEXi S-AFC 2.. it controls boost, A/F ratios, timing and other things.. it's a kick ass device..

ok what's the purpose of it if the computer wont let us boost over 13 psi or whatever??

you can use it on a NA motor but the tuning is going to be diff and more advanced

with a smaller pulley it will give you more boost. we are doing the pulley today

I also saw a LS Couple using a piggy back and a turbo doing 7 PSI and 200 WHP. They had run into limp mode problems but over came them.

theyre already selling it you can find it on multiple performance websites..but forget that...ray said they were throwin a pulley on the cobalt and tuning it etc, lets see the results and see what you did with the apexi controller

They were soppuse to intall the Pulley yesterday. so right now its all but butterflies and goosebumps!!!!! cant waiiittttt.

The AFC does not control boost. You have to get the AVC-R to control boost. It is an electric boost controller. Main function of S-AFC is to control fuel.

Apexi S-AFC II

Apexi AVC-R

You have to splice into your ECU wires to hook this up. It is very simple. There are right around 10 wires (don't use all of them). They are real popular on Evo's and other DSM's. I had one before I had the car flashed. They look cool too.
