Any dyno numbers on this yet? Victory, is there definetly is a noticable difference after installation???

I'm considering buying this header, before upgrading my injectors and going HPtuners.

I'm already hovering around 13.0 A/F, it actually dips down to 12.0 from 6k to redline. My question is, do you think it will be safe installing this header? I assume the car would run a little leaner with the free flowing header, since I'm already around 13, I DON'T want to go any higher!

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Thanks Mercury, i try. :-p. i deff recommend this header, especially with the way ur going turboeco. if u get that hp tuners ull be able to adjust ur a/f ratios so im told. if u want the tq gains then this is the way to go.

question,

in that video, the clutch seemed to grab instantly and you could go WOT with no wheel hop and hook up, my crappy stock clutch would slip from the 1st to 2nd.

Do you have an aftermarket clutch, Ingalls?, Motor Mounts?...?

Nice looking long tube header

Is the 1st o2 sensor in one of the tubes and not in the collector? From what I could tell from the pictures it seems that it's sampling from only one cylinder correct?

Any chance this header will be produced with a 02 sensor sensor bung in the collector instead of one of the four primary tubes. I could see problems with air/fuel mixtures as the ECM will be sampling from just one cylinder to get a reading. I would probably put two sensor bungs in the collector...one for stock o2 narrowband and the other for a wideband. I think that's the only thing along with the price that's keeping me from purchasing this.

Nice to see someone is finally making a decent header for our cars.

was the header ever dyno'd before and after ?

just dynoing after isnt gonna say a whole lot , since the car is heavily modded already

ive seen headers have problems with being welded on both sides , to much heat in such a small area usually changes the temper of the metal

also another thing i noticed that the header was not set up right , the header isnt set up to match the firing order

it looks pretty nice , is that header the 1 you want to try on the cavalier/sunfire ??

theres an o2 sensor before the collector yes. i am unaware wether its sampling for one cylinder, thats something to ask ray at weapon r. im sure design of the header will change as time goes along, but i dont think theres any plans for them to do 2 o2 sensors like what your asking.

cause i like my car quite, and i knew that id eventually get something to eliminate my cat so i figure a bigger muffler would deff help.

Ya, it would be nice to have the o2 sampling at the collector instead of a single sylinder for a more accurate reading. All that would be required is a extension harness for the 02 sensor I would think and just rewelding an 02 boss on the collector. The second 02 bung would be something a customer would probably weld on to fab up a wideband.

thanks
