Talking What is this leak ?

So I was changing my oil the other day and noticed a lot of oil on the casing and the shaft that goes to the axels, I did have to refill my brake fluid as it was low, I did have a broken caliper and got that replaced last year, but this leak is something new, to me it seems like its coming out of the transmission but i might be wrong...I have no diffuclty with shifting or driving btw

Any ideas ?

Here's the pic :

Honestly i didn't even bother touching it haha, it might have been there before but this is the 1st time i notice it, now what kinda oil is that ? im not familiar with this, is it the trasnmission fluid, brake fuild, etc, this the shaft that leads the passenger side axel, there's no leaks on the right side...Anyways what needs to be replaced and what kinda oil needs to be refilled lol ? sorry for the newb question
