What is needed besides clutch to change out the clutch

I've tried doing a search, and as you can imangine, doing a search for anything clutch related gives you a couple thousand replies. I'm changing out my clutch this weekend. I'm going with a Spec 3 +.

I'm wondering what parts are not reusable that I'll have to replace that wouldn't come with the clutch. I plan on going into a dealership tomorrow morning to make sure I have everything come the weekend.

Ok, I read some materials on how to do it, and the only thing I don't have is a new throwout bearing. However, it says a new on is not needed. I'm wondering if I should get a new one or not.

So waste of money or good investment

I would get a new slave cylinder, but good luck getting ahold of one. They are on nation wide backorder the last I knew. That should be all you need for parts though. Make sure you resurface the flywheel too.

I only had a new clutch when mine was done, but I did have it done at 4000 miles. The mechanic told me it the throw out bearing was cherry. If you have low miles on it I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey Doc, noob question, but how do I know if it's filled with fluid already? Should it be from the get go, or do I need to?

they are seperate.....I got extra fluid. Glad I did too, because the tech looked and they didn't have any. I think he used about a cup.
