what the sh.t..witt!!
LOL my car was traded in...as is...no part list given...they never even popped the hood...took it around the block asked why it rattled...I told em solid motor mounts which is true..and we went and signed paperwork...NEVER POPPED THE HOOD.
I dont mind if I never see it again. and RWD and v8s FTW...I see the light now.

And no it's not required, but some people are more mature/responsbile than others and would do it, like i said, in good faith. I'd even go so far as to say someone trading in a car might even have a fiduciary duty... But I not a lawyer so I wouldn't say for sure.
I would NEVER talk to someone who bought my car for the very simple fact that I'd say at LEAST 75% of the modded cars that are taken onto a dealer's lot are stripped of at least some of the aftermarket parts before the car is put on the lot for sale. So what I had on the car is not always likely to still be on the car.
LMAO!!! Fiduciary duty/responsibility on a car he traded in??? You have to be shitting me! I'm sure the car was bought with "AS IS" marked on it there for the buyer assumes all responsibility for the vehicle at that point. He/she cannot co back and try and get $$$ for it unless someone flat out lied to them. i tend to think that isn't the case since the OP was provided a list of what all was done by the previous owner. Personally if I was Witt and I saw a thread titled "What the **** Witt" I wouldn't give any info and tell everyone wlse not to give any info as well. I think it's an ignorant way of asking....
Well you wouldn't except a dealer to take apart a car and then put it back together again just to see what was done. I know a lot of people who volunteered the information in good faith to prevent some unlucky kid from getting into something he shouldn't.

unless nikko buys djt's car, i feel bad for whoever buys it to be honest. As for the op of this thread, I'm pretty positive he knew almost everything that was done to it. And if he knew anything about cobalts, then it would be very, very easy to figure out the rest. Its just a lil rediculous that he's gone through several lines of communication to get responses, got them, then still preceded to make this thread. However, his creation may have been a great thing due to its epic awesomeness.
