Alright people, I have a grand to spend on stuff for my car...

My possible choices are..

Rial Nogaro 18"s ( I will put my Pirelli Pzero neros on them) and a set of eibach springs...

or

CX Racing H/E, 2.8 pulley, 60# injectors, and a tune....

or

Meth kit and a tune.... This is of course assuming that a good tune will run me like 600 unless there is somebody on here who knows how to tune well with hpt and would be willing to meet up with me who i could pay a few hundred...but I dont yet have a wideband or interceptor so this might be difficult.

or

Dual Interceptors and a wideband and a dual gauge pod from mkulrey... and that new WOT box from N2MB.

Or any combination of the above stuff feel free to make some suggestions because I dont know which way I should go here.

See those rims on cobalts a lot, don't get em

H/e, 2.8, 60's with tune is a good idea, but I would get some guages to compliment it, so you can keep an eye on your motor.

I have an AIS meth kit, and 60's with harness for sale, PM if interested.

Yea I already love drivin it and I cant wait to bump it up another notch the only problem is i need to get a wideband/interceptor first. Those of you who are knowledgeable in the tuning dept, do I need a wideband and and interceptor to get a quality tune or what?

You think so?? i thought a good meth kit would run me at least 4 or 500 and and the tune would be close to 600... and the gauges are about another 400...

Try putting it in a cd and save it because if BO gets elected you are going to need it.

I think that the shops that I am callin are tryin to screw me over then because they both told me that few dyno runs and a tune would run me at least 600 bucks...thats why im tryin to find somebody who is within a four or so hour drive and have them meet up with me and pay them a few hundred once i get my wideband and my interceptor put in...anybody konw of anyone like that within like four hours of central va??

The best mods for these cars has proven time and again to be COOLING. So get meth and CX Racing exchanger and other things, might check the killer chiller thread as well.

Traction and heat are the main enemy, don't add power till you fix those issues

get 60s, 2.8", h/e, meth, and tune.

if that is more than 1,000, just get meth, a h/e, and a tune. get 60s, 2.8", and re-tune later.

Thanks for all the input guys ive decided to get sportlines, 60's, Nates 2.8, AIS Stage 1 Trunk Mount Meth kit, CX Racing H/E, and when i get a couple hundred more im going up to Khaotic Kreations and get it tuned. I should see a big bump in power and handling when its all said and done in a few weeks. If anybody readin this has a Cobalt Addiction H/E or a CX Racing H/E they want to get rid of hit me up i will buy it for sure. I already got a good deal on 60s with a harness and the Stage 1 Trunk mount kit both for 430 and another member is selling me his brand new Eibach Sportlines tommoro for 180 so I still got some cash left to spend.... tryin to buy as much used stuff as i can to save some dough. Only thing that sucks is im not gonna be able to afford a new downpipe with a high flow cat right now like i wanted im just gonna head to our local muffler shop and get bung welded on so when i go to get it tuned they can just hook up their wideband and i guess i will get one in the future after i get my interceptor.

Yea those are my next two purchases after i get it tuned so i can monitor my IATS. I talked to a guy at AIS about the trunk mount kit for like thirty minutes about usin these system on our cars and the benefits and all that he seemed really knowledgable and convinced me to get one, that and im gettin a brand new stage 1 kit for like 150 less than i would pay to get it online...sometimes i really love the classified section...
