whats a good lift point?

So i have the ottp solid motor mount that im trying to install today. It says to consult a gm book for a good jack point to hold the motor up. Does anyone know the best spot? i cant seem to find on here where to place the jack to keep the motor up.

Any help or suggestions? i appreciated it!

Put a wood block on your jack when you jack it up from the oil pan so you dont damage the pan.

I use a piece of thick plywood that I've cut to support the engine and trans, that doesn't block anything

its done! either im on drugs, or this mount really changes the feel of the entire car. it shifts smoother, and i swear it changes how the car idle and rpms rise and lower
