wheel hop fix?

ok first off wheel hop sucks. and gm wants way to much damn money for their stupid kit. so if i just buy zzp stage 1 axles and find mounts that will work right. also what mounts should i buy?

All you need is rotated transmission mounts. I would look at the OTTP ones.

^ The above posts are correct. Check with OTTPerformance (Stage 2 Rotated Mounts) and TurboTechRacing (S.T.O.P Mounts). They have Trans mounts that make a significant difference and they are reasonably priced. Some guys on here are putting down great numbers (350+ WHP) and have zero wheel hop. If you do a search on here you will find various threads reviewing these mounts and what benefits that can be obtained by having them. A solid suspension setup (springs, shocks, struts, sway bar) would be worthwhile as well. Good luck.

that link there is just upgrading from stage one to stage two, so i think it only comes with one mount. im asuming you want both.

The OTTP mounts are better than the TTR mounts, imo.

If you wanna be gangsta though... you get the real deal: Powell RaceShop mounts (The original designer of the "Rotated Mount"... and then ones TTR copied to make their mounts).

Stg1 is for 300 or less horsepower, iirc.

Stg2 is for over that.
