Who wants to diagnose my problem...

Well I installed the dual pass today with the option B along with the Cobalt Addiction heat exchanger and ran all the lines identicle to the GM directions. Anyways tonight I go to fill it up and as im filling it up I look over(the SC wasnt on yet) and see the intake manifold filling up with coolant! I just wanted to see what everyones opinion is as to what I f-ed up and see if its the same thing as what myself and eDubs think it is.

take a picture. I'm not familiar with the setup of the dual pass and the lines, but if you give me a pic i'll probably be able to help you out.

when putting on the endplate, did you make sure the o-rings and washers were on the laminova tubes and not in the endplate? And when you put it on, did you push it down snug first or did you just line it up and start torquing down the screws?

There is one correct way where you don't pinch o-rings and crimp ends of laminova tubes. Also, after taking the laminovas out and switching sides, did you make sure the o-rings and washers were fixed back onto the opposite end in the correct order? Usually the o-rings fall off the backside and need to be fished out of the manifold

Someone on here must have a core for sale. You might want to call some junk yards tommarow.

k post up some pictures, even a slight roll in the end like you say could have caused that, the green oring isnt the problem unless you were leaking into the engine bay too

Cores are going to be hard by themselves, if you damaged them then a whole new intake manifold may be in order. This link will take you to a site where you can get a new one for a good price New Intake Manifold, or you can look online for used ones, but people are still trying to sell them for too much. I got my used one with 25000 miles on it for $225 shipped which is a pretty fair deal.

Update

Well guys I figured out what my problem was, it didnt have to do with the laminovas, it had to do with the fact I didnt swap over the o-rings from the stock endplate to the new one which caused the intake manifold to fill up. The best part is I cant even get the o-rings out of the stock endplate because I sold it to Raven_SS and sent it out..... grrr. Not ur fault man, all mine. So now im off to the hardware store to find some o-rings.
