So you widened the Laminova gaps (ala "Omega 5 style") to increase flow, great!
Now how did you improve the cooling capacity, as that is a bit contradicting....??

Any measured gains? (waiting on real world measurements for months on this one...)

Just curious.

Cooling capacity is increased by re-routing the coolant flow through the intake.

Rerouting coolant flow through the laminova's...
Standard = 4-pass
GM upgraded = 2-pass

Your improvement = single pass?? (so 4 separated coolant flows)
(GM did tests with this, but it was said that this brought very little improvement compared to the 2-pass.)

Sidenote: The manifold porting subject was brought up some time ago by Omega 5 in a how-to. Search, but some threads are sadly deleted.. Still waiting on some real world experiences...

I will have logs and dyno numbers soon. But if anyone wants to test one out for us too, we could work out some special pricing....

I'd love to test it out for you, but unfortunately I'm deployed. I'd be all over it if I wasn't though. I'll be back at the end of september, if this product shows gains, I'll buy one.
