Bump....for the morning update!!

 

Ok guys updates the front end of it is currently being ported, when the killer chiller arrives probably around friday or saturday im hoping we will start the install of everything. We have to test fit the manifold first before we weld on the single pass just to reassure there will be no clearance issue's.

 

I will be keeping my eyes on this mess. very interested.

 

I hope everything goes well......this sounds great....can't wait to see how it works!

 

If all goes well and it is up and running by tuesday i should have dyno's that day for both.

I can test anything for you in August. I'm going back on the dyno on the 23rd or the 30th and already have numbers on that dyno, just tweaking this next time...

Bump for the morning update!!

 

Front side is ported, just need a longer bur to smooth the inside od the back if that makes sense. Should be here tomorrow so we can continue work then. Killer chiller will be here on monday, so most likely sunday test fitting will begin for the intake manifold before the single pass is welded up.

im really interested to see the flow number gains as i am currently working on my Intake manifold myself. The single pass sounds like a good idea, but i dont think real noticeable results will be accomplished with the stock IC pump. If you dont increase the pressure in the system, the pressure drop you see once the fluid hits the cores is more than likely going to negate any added cooling effect the single pass creates.
