If you mean using the wideband as a narrowband for the car, yes you can do that but it involves splicing some wires.

If you mean using the stock O2 sensor to run a wideband, then no. I don't think it'll even plug into the wideband box.

just get a bung welded into the downpipe and leave the secondary o2 sensor alone

i dont think it will read it accurately if u use the 2nd o2 sensor bung

are u gonna try or just curious?

Sorry not trying to hijack this thread but do you need to remove the downpipe to put the bung in or is there room to weld it in without removal? Just about to put one in and my buddy says i have to remove it.

Keep in mind the voltage levels on the wideband sensor are different than the narrowband sensor.

You can unplug the thing entirely and drive pretty much like normal. It'll throw codes but it'll drive fine, it just won't use fuel trims.

In order to use your wideband as the primary O2, you'll have to mess with the wideband itself and dick around with the wiring (it varies from wideband to wideband, they should have a guide on their website - Innovate does).

He doesnt but i've got a friend who does. Do you're saying it's dooable with the downpipe left on on a hoist? It just because i know whats gonna happen, i'm going to go and try to take off the down pipe and have to fight with seized in exhaust bolts, probaby breaking one or two off and giving me more grief haha

The sensor should not be pointed down. Heres a install guide from innovate explaining it- http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/s...C-1_Manual.pdf Its on page 7. In order to get it mounted properly you will need to take the dp off.
