60lbs injectors,tensinor,tune,and cooling mods

if u plan on goin 2.79 dont even bother goin s2...all ur really need of the s2 kit is the belt...everything else u gotta buy sepratly or u can buy a KIT, from zzp or rebel or Cobalt Addication

The lowest you can go is a 2.9. Anything under that, you need at LEAST a tune

Many people run 2.8's on the stage 2 tune. It doesnt lean it out to much. It just makes the injectors go static for a split second.

2.8 is too small with stock injectors and tune. At that size you will probably run into heating issues. I've seen guys on the dyno get LOWER numbers due to heat constrictions.

Did you notice a difference from your stage 2 pulley to the 2.9?

I disagree.

show me a car that has popped the motor on S2 and 2.8

yes the IDC are high, and it needs 60lbers.....but after 1-2 years of a large number of people running it, with not 1 single bad result....id say thats pretty decent proof.

is it a garuntee? no
but its very compelling.

ok well there u go...u said it urself, a safe pulley would be bigger than a 2.8 for a stage 2 tune
