yes it is the same but the thing is inorder to maintain ur warranty ur car needs to have a gm tune which is only included in either stage 1 or 2 kit ! there's no other way around it ! what i did when i had the warranty is that i bought the gm 42's injectors and bought an official stage 2 and my total came out to about 200 $ but i got an excellent deal on the stage 2...usually it runs for 350 or so...so u gotta keep hunting for deals or u can spend 700 $ for the kit and call it a day

Now if u dont care about the warranty...thats a whole different story

Nope, the reflashes are vin specific so if you buy GM S2 parts used the code has already been used.

The cheapest way is buying the parts ur self, getting it installed urself or somebody u know or a small shop , tuning wise i recommend a custom tune or if ur really not trying to spend that much money on it, get a canned tune from zzp or ottp or buy the whole kit from them...

yes u will be fine to drive it for 20 mins just drive it very carefully, and stay out of boost, a wideband isn't needed but if u had one it will help ur tuner get a better tune for ur car as he will be able to see what the Air/Fuel Ratio Is, & It will also help u monitor it ur self and see if there's any alarming changes

correct make sure u get an injector harness for the 42's if u dont go with the gm blue tops one, you will be able to use ur current harness if u get the gm injectors, if u want a little bit more u can get a 2.9 pulley instead of the GM stage 2 which is a 3.06 but since you dont have any cooling mods yet id recommend sticking with the stage 2 pulley and start racking up on cooling mods because u can never get enough cooling with this car lol and a free flowing exhaust will help big times Once u get into modding u cant stop lol...its just one thing after the other haha
