Working on a heat exchanger deal....
All I have to do is re-up for another 4-6 in the Air Force, take my lovely bonus for my careerfield, pay off the car and the turbo fabbing will begin. Hopefully, things don't change between now and then. Oh, and I need to return home from this deployment.

SS SC, have you found the lines you are going to use?
I'm really debating getting this. I don't have the freaking tools to install this anymore, I used too. Unfortunately I would need a little help with fab work if I get it.

which one would we be getting?
Pete, if you get this done. you should fab brackets and throw a kit together so we can buy the rest of the parts from you. or i can just drive there and you can install it for me. lol.

the bottom pic in your post is the latest model so to speak, that is the one you would be getting
I will probably make up a few sets of brackets for locals, but the bulk of the kit would have to be done by the buyer, really besides brackets and some lines there isnt much needed to link it up, I prefer to either run it in tandem with the stocker or thru a dual pass ic adaptor
This will definitely cool the IAT's a lot over the stocker
its going to get a full cold air charge from the front bumper hole, just like a tru IC for a turbo....

but don't you have to bleed the system or submerge it in fluid during installation. it seems like a pain in the ass.
what side would be easier to have the hose fittings on. wouldn't the passenger side be better? if the pet **** is on the front it's not like you can flip it around.

Since these are being made for us when we order I could ask him to put the petcock in a specific place. Honestly comparing this to stock it is already a major boost in cooling.
Also I talked to Swain tech and they have no problem coating these with a heat disspating coating and we would get another 15% boost in heat effeciency, but it does cost a bit...this would have to be done by the buyer of their unit, I wont be offering this but might be doing it myself
