is this worth it

i was thinking of doing this but i have some ?. i have a aem cai, stage 2(by the way what size injectors come with stage 2) and a 2.9 pulley, in about a week or so i plan on getting header dp combo fom zzp but untill then if i do this new tune will it be safe, does, is it worth it, will i have to have it retuned after i get the dp and exaust and headers. also how much is it i know i send them mine and then they refund me 125 core charge but how much is the tune its self

what tune are u buying? or are u staying with the gm stage 2.?? if ur getting the midlength header and dp it might lean u out a little bit but from what i seen gm stage 2 has u rice as hell so u should be good..but i would say custom tune on the dyno or street would be better than a flash

well the tune could be better or worse... it depends how good the tune/tuner is that is working on your car. and id say wait till after all your mods for a tune so it can be presise as possible.

I wouldn't waste my money on that tune, get someone local to do it using hptuners after all your mods are put on.

I would assume your talking about getting the ZZP pcm? As much as I love ZZP I would suggest you get a custom dyno tune. Every car is different and you need a tune that is specific to your car. ZZP's pcm is just a canned general tune that is made for supercharged cobalts in general, not just your car.
