What you'd want to do is add a relay to the wire leading to solenoid. Then have the upper clutch position sensor trigger that relay. So if the clutch moves from that sensor, it'll cut power going to the solenoid.

okay im pretty novice when it comes to wiring. Basically buy a relay and connect it to the solenoid, then splice into the clutch position sensor?

And in simpler terms, the window switch will spray when the gas is to the floor, but because of NLS i hook to the clutch so when the clutch moves, it cuts the spray even though the window switch would still be telling it to spray?

Last time I checked, N2MB was trying to include a window switch in their next update for the WOT box. That way it would be safe to use if you have nitrous. Check with them and see if that update is available yet.

Sounds like you got the right idea!

N2MB was working on some kind of window switch but I'm not sure I'd trust there window switch over a reputable nitrous companies.

alright now the CPS is the blue and white tube like thing that is connected to a metal bracket around the clutch correct? What color wire do i need to tap for the relay on the CPS? Im just going to do it this way that way i know its right, and not have to worry about one thing doing too much (window switch and 2 step)

It's been so long, I forgot. Look at the WOT box instructions and see which wire you tapped for that. Then you have to see if it sends out 12v on clutch up or down and wire the relay pending this answer for normally open or normally closed.

Use a test light or DMM and have someone push the clutch down with it hooked up to the test light of DMM. Observe when 12v is achieved. Car should only need to be in on position with out running.

I'd much rather use their window switch considering its made to work with the WOTbox that they make you you know it will be compatible and work. If you read, you can see that:
This cable can drive your nitrous solenoids or water injection pump directly. The output can be programmed to turn on and off at specific RPMs and at a certain throttle threshold. It also automatically shuts off whenever the clutch is down, to prevent spraying during no-lift shifting or launch control. All of the settings can be adjusted using the WOT Box Software.
So it sounds like it would be much easier to use due to being able to change the settings all on their software at once.

And he never said he bought a WOTbox, so thats why i posted.

85 goes to ground.

You'd use 87 if the CPS wire is 12v with clutch up.
You'd use 87a if the CPS wire is 0v with clutch up.
