would GM STG 2 be worth it for me?
I really want my car to be faster n stay in warrenty but I will never go to the track I just zoom around town on occasion so would the stage two kit be worth my while or should invest my money elsewhere? The dealer near me quoted about 1100$ for installation and parts, is that accurate? Thanks
Also I'm stock had a CAI but I hate running lean and don't wanna spwnd $250 just for a tune to rid that cel

You can buy the kit on CED for much cheaper.
Back in the day, the dealer charged me about $200 to install GM Stage 2 on my car.

When I bought GM stage 2, I was interested in breaking into the 13s and still keeping my warranty should problems arise. No problems, broke into the 13s and now I'm post warranty. Time for more power when I get the money.

i would stay away from the gm, ya u now you get your warranty. but i have a custom stage 3, i just got back from the dealership. they installed a new LSD tranny since i cracked mine (wheel hop) and they also gave me the GM wheel hop kit under my powertrain. so i got a new tranny with LSD, gm wheel hop kit, and a GM staged clutch with flywheel. i only had to pay 504.00 for the clutch and a hour of labor ....
