2.0L LSJ Performance Tech 205hp Supercharged SS tuner version. 200 lb-ft of torque.

Would I need meth for this setup?

Would I need meth for this setup?

Hey guys, I am not too knowledgeable on cooling this car, so I wanted to get your help. I am planning on adding a H/DP combo, a smaller pulley (say 2.8), bigger injectors, a heat exchanger, and obviously a tune. Now with my current exhaust and soon to be intake, will it be necessary to add meth, or will the H/E be enough? Also would it be a good idea to change my spark plugs to something better? Thanks in advance.

You should be okay without meth.

with a 2.8 you'll probably want to run two step colder plugs. The ngk model is something like BRE8Kix (that's not right but I don't know if they make a plug two steps colder that's not iridium), denso xx24, don't know the autolite number, or any other mfg.

ur not going to be able to do to many pulls in a row with just the h/e...u really should get the meth...i just got my meth i went out and did 8 to 10 pulls and came right back home and i was able to touch my supercharger...definetly couldnt do that before the meth

you dont need meth. **** tons of ppl dont run it and have a 2.7 on there. you will be fine.

Need and want are two different things. I recommend grabbing it, especially if your already paying for tuning time. It is very effective and if tuned properly can give you some pretty decent hp gains. I would grab it, I love my aem kit.

Cool, thanks guys for the input. What about a return style fuel system? Would that be a good idea too while I'm at it, or completely unnecessary for that setup?

ok for a 2.8" u will run ngk colder plugs gapped at about .038. u dont need meth but i would recommend it as thats my set-up. u do not need a return style fuel system
