yeah man im really depressed but searching like crazy to fix this ****. honestly it pulls way freakin harder than it did with the stg2, 2.85, and exhaust, intake. i feel like it used to be a joke lol. and no i didnt tune it myself. were thinking something is wrong with the turbo but i dont have the time to pull it off right now to check everything. yeah it holds boost perfectly fine and pulls hard as hell but dyno only saying 248whp. but i pulled an rsx with a 50 trim on 18pds like it was nothing. so i think the dyno might just read low. who knows, but i got an awesome tuner.

Bill's good peoples man.
But few things:
FMIC piping, is it 3" on the cold side for the maf?
You still have a cat?
What type of dyno?
also check and make sure there are no leaks on the adapter plate where it bolts to the intake mani.
And one more, where are you getting your boost reading for the waste gate from.

I can think of a really good way to test it!

BTW - I straightened, filed the rough edges off of and polished the pulley I got from you. It almost looks good as new!

You referred to your turbo as a 57 trim, but what size is it? What compressor wheel? Exhaust wheel and housing AR ratio?

just look it up on the garrett site. T04E housing .57 trim, pretty sure there aren't too many variations on those. beside exhaust wheel trim. but either way, really can't do much til we see a data log and or the dyno graph.
One major thing is he needs to change over to 3" cold side pipoing for the maf since that's probably putting out of range and dumping fuel (that I had experience with lol)

Garrett's turbos are listed by GTXXXX. This turbo sounds like a Turbonetics. Maybe something like this.

http://www.turboneticsinc.com/produc...category_id=75

What makes you think it's a Garrett? Does it say Garrett on the housings?

on garretts site you cant find the t series turbos, they only have the gt's on there,i tried looking for it too, as its the same turbo im going to be using in my build, and to the OP, check for leaks, im sure you can find a boost leak tester, like those used in the DSM wolrd, check more leaks anywhere, and like stated above your MAF is made for a 3' pipe, which is why on my set up im running 2.5 hot pipes, and 3" cold, also you said 15psi, where is your wastegate getting its reading from? the charge piping directly after the turbo? the compressor housing? or the intake manifold(i hope not this one as it will cause boost spikes)?
