Well i just purchased the ZZP tune and had it sent via email. I used that tune as a starting point and did some VE and Maf tuning then I tuned the High/low octane tables and it is a strong tune. The original tune was pretty decent by itself.

What mods do you have?

cheers

I want a 2.85 pulley on a stage 2 but i don't want the hassle of doing a reflash or anything i basically want to run a straight ZZP pcm. I'll have a full exhaust when i do this.. also a CAI

Typically canned tunes are not the best but if I had to pick one non gm it would be ZZP. I ran their tune on my GTP and loved it. The only reason I have the GM S2 flash is for warrenty purposes.

Come over here to NY, and BCP will give you a nice tune, very strong and reliable

Canned tunes are ok for what they are, but what you really need to do is purchase HPT and have a professional do it the right way until you learn how to use it yourself.

whats BCP? Where at and how much? Idk if its gonna be possible to drive up there to get the tune tho.. haha i'd prolly have to tow it

places around here are EXPENSIVE!!!
I think im just gonna buy the ZZP LSJ PCM.. put on a 2.9 pulley with the stage 2 **** from gm, some colder plugs, and the full exhaust and hope to god that everything works well and have no check engine lights... otherwise i'll just smash my **** in a tree and the hell with it

The ZZp is a great starting point to a good tune. Like I said It did need some improvements to MAF and VE. The High octane table has been adjusted but the Low was not. They also did some great stuff to the torque management settings. ect. ect

I would highly recommend it over the stage 2 tune.

So are you saying if i had the zzp and left it alone it would still be better than the stage 2 tune?

Yes, you will be ahead of the game with a ZZP tune over the GM stage 2 tune.
