ZZP LSJ phenolic intake spacer

Cobalt & Ion ---> ZZ Performance

I got to thinking this afternoon about this
The idea behind this is to help keep the intake manifold cooler then the engine block.

But, if we do this, the engine block and the intake manifold will be thermally expanded
to two different dimentsions.

Wouldn't that cause damage in the long run? As the block heats up and cools down every time the car is driven diffrently then the intake manifold that is bolted to it.

Thoughts?

define long run, 400k is long run. 200k is still a baby.
the engine will outlive you ^_^

the spacer has a lot of squish space, more than enough for the slight growth of the parts its bolted between.
