ZZP Mid Length guys

What were your results compared to stock? Any before and after dyno's? I'll be ordering tonight if the gains look good.

Here's my personal opinion.

If you can afford it, get the JBP.

If you want the best bargain, get the Clear Image Mid length. Hard to beat $206.75

Does a header that fits a 2.4L fit the 2.0L just the same?

yes. My pacesetter header is actually for a 2.2 ecotec cavy. Came right off my friends cavy and onto my car for 40 bucks.

How much power am i going to lose with 1.5 inch primaries and a 2.5" catless DP compared to a 1 3/4ths header and a 3" catless dp?

Reason i ask i could get a used one for a hundred bucks

Actually ZZP easily beats the Clear image 'bargain'. ZZP is $299 and comes with a downpipe! If you want the header w/o a downpipe, it would be less than $200.
And all ZZP downpipes have the interlock flex.

I've looked on your site and there is no option to buy the header without the downpipe. You guys should make a seperate listing for that.

I don't know how much power you will lose, but that is a sacrifice you'll have to make for a super cheap header. I can't complain for 40 bucks. But I will be upgrading one day.

don't do it. it's going to be too small. do it right and get the 1 3/4 and 3".

the zzp setup is good, only thing i put on the car that i really noticed a big difference.

i did it along with the 3inch exhaust and noticed a 1psi drop in intake manifold pressure and was almost a full point leaner, so id say it flows significantly more than stock

edit i got the fattest primaries with the ceramic coating

Gotta Email for something like that. We normally don't see a reason to buy the header w/o the DP as it would be difficult to install.

I noticed a butt dyno diff with my zzp header dp combo. no numbers tho. I felt both the product and service on this item was great.

i love my zzp midlength, I felt a prety good kick in the pants when i installed it. Also the sound from it is amazing. The only thing I don't like is the "infamous" leak. I installed a brand new gasket and even put some exhaust sealer on it and it still leaks. So i am gonna take it apart and try two gaskets to see if that helps. 2 bolt flange for a 3 inch hole is FTL, so hopefully I can get the leak squared away.
