any thoughts about this? I was going to get the lnf one for my lsj but I wonder if this is any better.

The factory LSJ throwout bearing bleeds off pressure when you press in the clutch. This upgraded throwout bearing will not bleed off pressure resulting in more accurate shifting, less grinding of the gears, quicker shifts, longer trans life. This is an upgrade that every LSJ car should have, aftermarket clutch or not!

Except its just an LNF TOB, which is cheaper from many other sources...
