ZZP vs. CED dual pass
I actually disagree, I just bought the ZZP Dual Pass, and it is very nice. Plus its $100 cheaper. They have a $100 core on the part, soo you end up getting Dual Pass for about $129. They even included the fitting, 'T' connector, and 4 hose clamps. They only thing you would need would be about a foot of heater hose to plumb the 'T'. Now if you are worried about warranty, then GM would definately be the way to go, but for the money and the quality the ZZP is a winner for me... The only thing is, the install of the Dual Pass will make you want to kick kittens, as the lower intake bracket bolts and IC pump bracket bolts are in the most ridiculous places ever...

did you really have that much trouble? i mean i am a mechanic but i found it to be quite simple as is everything on the lsj/cobalt platform... kinda seems like its built for the do-it-yourself kinda... jmo
but good catch on the 100 core charge i never factored that in when comparing the two in that case i would say zzp is a hell of a deal...

If you remove the three alternator bolts its as easy as pie. I had more trouble trying to get the hose routed without kinks, but its not a problem if you have pre bent hose purchased already. Be sure you're careful with the stock hose. Those pre bent pieces are nice.
We are committed to being THE place to buy your Cobalt mods. As stated above we are already $100 cheaper than other stores for the dual pass. If there are other aspects of our kit you think we should change, please shoot me an email and we'll do our best. It is my goal to improve our products and lower our prices until there isn't a reason to shop anywhere else
Overall, you are right, the car is extremely easy to work on. I'm just saying I found that those lower intake brace bolts are a major PITA with the small amount of clearance there is down there. If your a mechanic, I'm sure your entirely used to situations much worse, I'm just saying, I'm way too impatient to wit there and turn a bolt 1/16 of a turn at a time while smacking my fingers... Overall it seems to be a very good mod though...
