*update*

Head is at the machinists
being shaved .020" and cleaned in their pressure cleaner
I have all the parts except the hex head bolts which are in the mail
reassembly this weekend
will be checking, rechecking, triple checking and being nurvouse lolol
*knocks on wood*

got the head back from the machinist
havent seen it myself, gf picked it up
she said its:
"clean and shiny and pretty"

you got this dude! just make sure you double check everything and rotate the engine by hand before you start it. if you feel even the tiniest bit of resistance, stop and recheck timing.

no port and polish cause no cash monies
but i may give it a try lol, i ahve an extra head now :P
and when i go to do a full build the engine i pick up will prob be a full one

this was only 60$ after tax
and done at the same shop that the makers of the famous SSC use
