Theres actually another bulliten about the water on the floor. This bulliten came out a week or two ago. The heaterbox might need to be re-sealed if the deflector doesnt work.

I am confused...is this considered a recall, like should all cobalt owners go and get this stuff fixed? Or do we even have the right to get it fixed

It applies to only 2.2 cobalt. And TSB's aren't mandatory, but if you have the symptoms, get it taken care of.
