i have an 07 2.2 with the sai and my question is if i get the sai flashed out can i get like the zzp shorty header?and what do you think is the best size if i get a dp i was thinking 2.5" would be best....

 

I believe so, I have the same thing "07 2.2 with SAI". I was talking to vince from trifecta and he said after his tune deletes the SAI then I can run an aftermarket header. So yeah after having it flashed out you should be able to.

 

Yup. Once the SAI is gone, you can do whatever you want with the exhaust.

 

2.5" is the max i would go, i have a vibrant set up and love it...the vibrant is 1.75" primaries and 2.5" collector and dp, def feel the power over stock
