07 engine in a 06 car

Now I know the 07 2.2 are different then the 06 meaning the coil packs are different and the 07 has a cam sensor and a 06 doesn't but is that all I want to build. Supercharged engine and use a 07 block are the heads the same or interchange able as far as the o6 clutch and tranny will they still bolt up to a 07 block Should I just stick to the 06 engine all together

07 crank has a different trigger wheel for the ecu so it wont work unless you swap cranks.

Only reason I want to use a 07 block is cause there stronger

swap everything over into a genII block and it should work.

i'm running this setup 07 block with 06 head and blower warranty job motor blew , you have to swap the internals ova but it does work and well
