Sure as long as they have a 4x100 or 5x(whatever dimension it is) bolt pattern.

I don't think you should go smaller than 15". I have 16" and that seems just right for me.

you need to grind a little bit off for them to fit. but its doable. some ion's have done it. i might be doing this in the spring.
