ok will the SS Aeroforce Interceptor gauge work with the 2.2, or even just the GM/Izuzu interceptor be plug & play? Has anyone put one in ther 2.2?

 

not that I know of...

you wouldn't get the SS one though anyway, you would get the generic GM one...don't see any reason why it wouldn't work since it just plugs into the port.

 

No, it only works on the 2.0. They are working on one that will work on the 2.2 and 2.4.

I don't see why it wouldn't, I doubt they'll make one specific to the 2.2

 

The 2.2 and 2.4 use the newer CAN system while the 2.0 dosn't, it is just OBD2. The gauge will NOTwork on a 2.2 or 2.4. I bought one and had to send it back(I have a 2.4). I was in contact with Aeroforce about this and sent them a bunch of information from GM to try to help them make a version that will work. I hope what I sent will help them, but so far they don"t have one that works.
