Those would be incorrect. They have a different reach than 2.2s need.

I use iridium. NGK 6509. Step colder from stock.

BRK7E is a one step colder 2.0 LSJ plug.

Do not run it on a 2.2...

2005-10 2.2/2.4 Stock : ILTR5B11, ILTR5C11, ILTR5E11 All of these plugs are virtually identical and interchangeable, its impossible to tell them apart visually except by part number, the "E" plug is most likely only available as an ACDelco unit from the dealer (LTR5IX-11 is a slightly less expensive but still Iridium stock plug)

One step colder: ILTR6B11 same plug as stock listings, just one step colder, this is the stock plug for almost every 2007-8 GM product with the 3.6 V6, as well as 2007 Ions with 2.2/2.4( a slightly less expensive but still iridium one step colder plug is the LTR6IX-11)
Two steps colderThe only acceptable NGK iridium in two steps colder is the LTR7IX-11

the spark plug center electrode does not protrude out of the cylinder head into the combustion chamber as it should. is all. not good.

NGK LFR6A-11 with gapping depending on your boost .035" should be a good starting point. 7's don't get hot enough and will foul too quickly requiring you to replace them more often.

LTR6IX is the 6509 number i mentioned. Think 6509 is just a part number

Buy the 3787's

They come gapped into the right range. They have the exact same specs as the 6509's but come gapped at about .033 so its right in the correct range. Gapping them down to far will weaken the ground strap.

I went from 6509's to those and there was a marked improvement.
