if you want to run the stock SC pully i can sell you the one i have for 5$ lol

you would have to pull off the hub thats on the SC you have and press the stock pully back on.

That does look like a really small pulley lol probably at least a 2.7 maybe 2.6. If you build before going sc you could run those (although that small and heat and starts becoming an issue) but if you stay on stock internals first definitely get a bigger pulley lol

Gotcha lol I was gonna say that thing looks like the inside was full of water. Good price though especially if you can get that motor running for cheap and sell it

Don't use cosmetic head gasket!!!! Use factory l61 its multilayer steel and won't effect compression. I'm running a similar setup to what your building. Keeping factory compression is key. Your rods and pistons can handle it and you don't lose anything low end. If your going this far just delete balance shafts. I deleted mine and there's not much of a difference with vibration. It revs fasssst though. Never mind you already got your pistons. I just stuck with wiseco 10:1

Just go with comp blower cams and titanium retainers. Me personally I wanna be unique so i m going with custom grinds. Its up to you. If you can go that route its cheaper made for you and no one else will have them. GM blanks are 80 and grinding is 120 a cam at least here. I'm excited to see the build progress though. If you wanna have fun you can swap to 07 stuff like me then you get hpt haha.

swap ecm bcm and engine harness. then you have to rewire one ecm connector and repin 3 spots in your power distribution box. plus you need an 07 motor. the key things are the crank and cams. It's alot of extra work if you don't already have an 07 engine. I got mine for 200 bucks running hence why I did the 07 swap. plus you get like 15 more hp out of the 07
