so we dyno tuned the balt yest turned out very good. ended up that we started out before the tune at 136whp (corrected SAE #s) and with the tune i am at 147whp(corrected sae #s). I have the dyno sheets but they are not up yet and you can all compare them. The car runs GREAT and we found that 5th gear on this car at 6500 rpm will run you to 162mph we have a dyno showing this as well...so no spectics!! He said that he should be ready to market the tune for the 2006 2.2 manual (auto tuning to come soon) within about a mo...will let you know exactly when he is ready when i hear. He is VERY excited to get set on this!!!! He is actually looking to buy a 2006 2.2l cobalt
any questions?? (except for dyno sheets, they will be up later)

thank you for reading :P
i have intake, header, dp, and exhaust...
we advanced the timing, changed the afr, removed pe delay, made the fans turn on more aggresivly, and removed the speed governer.
you have to rem that these dyno #'s are corrected numbers...the #s that showed (and that most will compare with) were 154 whp
mels car (the auto) will be worked on soon....as well as the 2007

All that proves is they removed the speed governor and the gears are limiting it to 162mph if there wasn't a load or any of that on it. i know there is no way in hell a close to stock 2.2 balt would reach that on the road

Notice how the hp keeps rising throughout the power band, especially past 5000k. After 5/5.5k the stock tune seems to fall on its ass but this tune corrects this. This power curve is much like the one you get when you install a 2.4 intake manifold where the power keeps climbing, but in that case at the expensive of some power down low. I REALLY want to see what a tune can do to a car with the 2.4 intake manifold. If the tune can correct the power loss around 3,000k then tuning + 2.4 intake manifold may be a match made in heaven.
