2.2l 2005 cobalt ls mods

Most of you all seem pretty well informed on slowbalts. I have 2000$ plus or min a feww hundred not including suspention and tires. What mod will increase my hp and not be replaced before i hit 250-300 hp.

O and my car is 100% stock and I just got it less than 30 days ago.

**** supercharger, why would anyone want somethign that takes power to gain it?
go turbo, you can make your own kit or buy a kit for that price.
ZZP has a few ones there.

Gotta remember with the Supercharger, your limited to how much power you can make, unlike turbo you can add boost

sweet deal, i would go intake, header, dp, exhuast, intake mani, tb, cams....any of that in any combination will be good. for the tb and cams you will also have to pay for a retune though

well if your going turbo for your power then header and dp is useless. then intake i guess you could use that for part of the turbo intake if your going to build the kit your self but other than that again use less.

Superchargers cost way less than 2gs, He can get the whole supercharger for about 1100, tuning 275, header downpipe catback another 700. Thats the way to go.

i highly doubt your gonna reach 250whp with only 2K. unless your using some boost juice. then i take back my statement.

and pykie, a supercharger is a great way to go.

get a full catback and downpipe and then save the rest until you can buy a turbo kit.
