2.2l block

what kinda power will the blocks and selves hold on a 2.2l should i bore it or keep the stock bore. I now the rods and pistons are rated at 250-300 and the crank at 500. I plan on putting 125shot nos on my cobalt after i change the rods and pistons out. Should i keep the 10.00-1 or drop it down to 8.9-1 i also and gona add the comp cams stage 2 and the 2.4 mini. any other ideas will help i also already have a cai and a header. with 2.5 exhaust
