2.2l turbo 08

I know they already got a turbo for the cobalt but they dont got the computer that matches up with the 08 cobalts computer. Anyone kno when they commin out?

ls2 edit supports 08 cobalt i believe.

there is no software for the 08 Cobalts yet...but if memory serves me right, they are the same ECU as the 07 (the 32bit) not like the one for the 05/06 Cobalts which have a lot of tuning support if you know where to look. Though now they advertise the engine as "XFE" meaning something that pretty much anybody with a 07 2.2 5spd already knows (up to 36mpg hwy)....but that shouldn't matter...it's just a designation for competition with Toyota...lol....but what i do know is that the 07 cobalts should have software in the next few weeks or so...and based on that...trials will begin with the 08 cobalts...so if you are really wanting the turbo right now...then i suggest the Garrett Turbo Kit w/o the SCT tuner enclosed and substitute that with something like the AEM F/IC (piggyback tuning)....therefor you don't have to wait....

07's already have tuning. LS2 Edit.

not that big. you need money to mod anyways, so if your crying about tuning you better have the money. Money should not be an option for a large build. If i were set on one price, i would have quit a year ago...
