Do you mean dual pass?

i believe what he is talking about is the true single pass setup, so the coolant only passes thru each laminova once. so it would have 4 inlets and 4 outlets. or like the way ZZP has theirs setup. like below,

and maybe i will explore that as an option.

No, I mean single pass. Where the inlet is on the drivers side of the manifold and the outlet is on the passenger side.

Exactly. Although using 4 inlets and 4 outlets would be a pain in the ass, IMO. I like the way ZZP has theirs set up, with just 1 inlet and 1 outlet.

Im curious, you may have talked about it before and I just overlooked it, but what kind of power numbers are you expecting to see from all of this?

im not sure, the car is automatic for now so that will suck down numbers pretty bad, but id like to put down close to 300 with the m62 blower. cams, ported lsj head, 90mm bore and 94.6 mm stroke, and a single pass intercooler with a 2.8 pulley, i dont think 300 is an unreasonable expectation.

Ordered 80lb injectors and an lsj 6rib crank pulley for this build today. I want to put the supercharger on the stock l61 while i finish the bottom end.

what are you doing for rods?

shorter stroke crank = longer rods to keep the pistons at a realistic height in the cylinder.

the reduction in stroke / 2 = increase length of the rod

im using eagle h-beam rods, the L61 version, this build is pretty standard with the exception of the sleeved block, that allows me to go to an unnaturaly large bore size, 90mm, that will make the stock l61 stroke a 2.4L.
