2.4 Manifold Part # - 12587878 $204.74
PCV Seal Part # - 12589516 $14.02

Although..... if you want to save money....instead of buying the CED "Kit" for the 07 Balts (which do not need the TB adapter plate) then here is how you do it.....

get the 2.4 manifold and the PCV seal...part numbers above....

goto your favorite auto parts store, get one foot of 1/2" heater hose and a 1/2" male to male barb and some hose clamps....(about 4)

when you do the install....cut then end off the brake booster line, put a hose clamp on loose, connect the barb, get your heater hose, connect that, clamp both sides snug with the hose clamps, attach to the manifold...that saves you the money for the brake booster line.....

on the 07 Balts you can reuse all intake seals expect the center one (the PCV seal also known as the crankcase ventilation seal)....so you have to have that seal (part number above)....the actual "intake" and throttle body seals fit perfect....now as for the MAP sensor, i had to bore the hole to about 1/2" (a little bit less) so that the MAP sensor will fit properly.....

so essentially you are spending about 30-50 less on putting the kit together yourself for the 07 as opposed to buying the kit....the heater hose and barbs should run about 7 bucks or so with the hose clamps...cheap stuff (got mine at Advance)....

so i spent about 230 dollars in total for the install....for parts....saving me about 60 dollars plus or minus 15 dollars.....(shipping and etc.) buy the parts at a local dealership and you don't pay for shipping...just the part...

I beg to differ....I put the 2.4 manifold on my 06 LS 2.2 and I could see the TB gasket sticking out from under my 2.2 TB. Better to play it safe than sorry....especially 05 and 06 owners -- I don't know if the 07 uses a different TB.

hence why i specifically said 07 Cobalt's....they use a different Throttle body than the 05 and 06 year models...so the TB has the correct bolt pattern and what not to just bolt right up to the 2.4 manifold without a problem....
