You need a shifter because while they do swap, the F23 doesnt work 100% on the F35,the console trim because i beleive its different between the two shifters(I KNOW it is on Balts) Is that all youre questioning?

So you need:
Mounts
Axles
Intermediate axle shaft and beraring
Cables
Shifter(they work different, the F23 one will physically work, but not 100%)
Console trim( if different in the Ions)
Vehicle Speed Sensor harness(this is assuming the VSS reluctor wheel is the same between the two transmissions...I dont know if it is, if it isnt....your pretty much screwed.)
A clutch solution
A clutch actuation solution
To deal with the thermostat housing/coolant pipes

the ions have a different center console than the cpbalt, and it's the same between the RL and regular ones. and as far as I know, the rest of it swaps right out except the axles, mounts, clutch disk/flywheel, and a couple other small parts, at least on ions.
